Compliance Kenya (“we”, “us”) provides on-demand compliance information services to businesses, organisations and not-for-profits operating in Kenya. The service is provided online through this website at the price displayed at checkout (currently KES 4,750 per business per report).
Our reports are guidance documents. They are based on a knowledge base of Kenyan law, regulation and practice that we maintain and update, but they are not a substitute for tailored advice from an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya or a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K). We strongly recommend you have your final filings reviewed by a qualified professional.
You agree to provide accurate information about a single business, organisation or entity per report. Each report is generated for one entity only — submitting details for several businesses in one form will not produce a multi-entity report.
Payment is by M-Pesa Paybill 4022879. You will receive a unique account number to quote when paying. You may also accept an STK push prompt sent to your phone for one-tap payment. All payments are non-refundable once the AI report has been generated, save for genuine technical failures on our side.
Your records are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC with HMAC authentication. We process your personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. We never sell, share with marketers or use your data to train any model. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@compliancekenya.co.ke.
The PDF report we deliver is for your internal business use. Re-publication, resale, or commercial redistribution of the report or its substantial parts is not permitted.
We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it. Where our system suffers an outage between payment and delivery, we will re-issue your report at no additional charge as soon as the system is back up; in extreme cases we will refund.
To make the service usable on weak connections, we store form progress in your browser and a session reference for any in-progress payment. This data is removed automatically once you have downloaded your final report or chosen to start a new session.
Our maximum aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
